Placing Educated, Screened and Experienced Certified Professional Nannies and Certified Professional Governesses

For twenty-eight years, the English Nanny and Governess School’s innovative program has been exclusively dedicated to the education, training and placement of Certified Professional Nannies (CPN) and Certified Professional Governesses (CPG). Our unique curriculum, taught by a distinguished faculty, prepares students to challenge children to reach their greatest potential.

To be eligible to attend English Nanny & Governess School, applicants must be citizens of the United States, have experience working with children, undergo an in person psychological sociological assessment, and provide five professional letters of recommendation.
Our in-depth screening consists of: 

• FBI federal clearance 
• BCI state clearance 
• Local police clearance 
• BMV driving records 
• Academic transcripts
• Physical examination and TB test 
• Credit report 

Each qualified "practicum mother" offers you her evaluation of the student’s performance.
